To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&R Atelier's total liability for claims arising from or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us through the Site in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

7. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute must be brought in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

By providing your phone number and choosing SMS verification/notifications, you consent to receive SMS messages for account verification and account-related notifications. Message frequency varies. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to product availability, errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed during checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund terms will be posted on the Site or presented at checkout and are incorporated by reference. If no return policy is posted for a specific item, the item is sold as final sale except as required by law.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
